Marcy Rasmussen

Marcy Rasmussen is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in HR management, currently serving as the Senior Director of Human Resources at The Tile Shop since September 2012. Marcy has held various roles within the same organization, including Director of Human Resources and HR Manager. Prior to joining The Tile Shop, Marcy worked as a Sr HR Generalist at HEI Inc and as a Payroll Administrator at Creative Financial Staffing and The Dolan Company. Marcy began a career in human resources at Pengo Corporation as an Administrative/Human Resources Assistant and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, with minors in Music and Religion, from Luther College.
