Andy Marsden

Andy Marsden has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andy started working at Aviva in 1996 as the Head of Contact Centre and remained in that role until 2012. From 2013 to 2013, they worked at Archant as a Sales Manager. Then, at The AA, they served as the Head of Member Services - Sales/Service and Retention from 2015 to 2016. After that, they joined RAC in 2017, where they held various interim positions such as Interim IT Project Manager, Interim Head of Retention, and Interim Head of SME Operations, Sales & Retention. In 2018, they joined Inspiring Learning as the Head of Sales before transitioning to the role of Commercial Director in 2019. Their most recent position at Inspiring Learning is President - Inspiring Learning Asia, since October 2021.
