Joe Hutcheson

Joe Hutcheson has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Joe most recently worked at Inspirit as a Customer Success employee starting in 2023. Prior to that, they served as an Administrator at the Houston County Board of Education from 2019 to 2023. From 2013 to 2019, they held various roles in professional development and sales at Thinking Maps, Vizitech, and JourneyEd. Before that, they were the Principal at Peachtree Academy in 2012 and the Principal at Morgan County Middle School from 2006 to 2012. Joe began their career in education as an Assistant Principal and then as a Band Director at the Houston County Board of Education from 1995 to 2006. Joe worked as a Band Director at McDuffie County Schools from 1990 to 1995. In both roles as a Band Director, they managed large student programs, organized events and trips, worked with parents and administration, and taught music education.

Joe Hutcheson has a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Education from The University of Georgia, which was earned from 1986 to 1990. Joe went on to complete their Masters in Administration and Leadership from Augusta State University, attending from 1993 to 1995. Lastly, they obtained an Ed D (Doctor of Education) in Administration and Leadership from Argosy University Sarasota, studying from 1999 to 2002.
