Andrew Carwardine

Andrew Carwardine is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and defense sectors. As the Founder and Chief Executive of JOINT SPACE LIMITED since January 2018, Andrew focuses on C-Level strategy and execution, helping businesses prepare for investment or sale through various strategic enhancements. Currently, Andrew serves as Non Executive Chairman at Positive Transition Ltd, Operating Partner at Inspirit Capital, Board Member and Director at Airspace Unlimited, Freeman and Chair of the Armed Forces Committee at the Worshipful Company of Information Technologists, and Honorary Teaching Fellow at the University of Liverpool. Additionally, Andrew provides specialist advisory services to the UK Ministry of Defence and has held prominent roles in various organizations, including Senior Advisor at BTP and Co-Founder of The Vision Chain. Andrew’s academic credentials include an MA in Technology and Management from Cranfield School of Management and an MBA from The Open University Business School.
