Lesa Blakey

Lesa Blakey, SPHR has extensive work experience in various leadership roles in the field of human resources and finance. From 2001 to 2004, they worked as an Assistant Controller at Master Meter, Inc., where they were responsible for preparing consolidated Financial Statements and ensuring GAAP compliance. From 2004 to 2010, they served as Vice President of Operations & HR at Diamond H Recognition, managing operations and human resources. Since 2010, Lesa has been with Inspirus, LLC, holding positions such as Vice President Finance & HR, Vice President Human Resources, and currently serves as the Vice President of Human Resources & Culture.

Lesa Blakey, SPHR holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance and a minor in Accounting from Texas Christian University - M.J. Neeley School of Business. Lesa also earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Texas Woman's University. Lesa has additional certifications including SHRM - SCP from SHRM, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from HR Certification Institute - HRCI, CRP (Certified Recognition Professional) from Recognition Professionals International, Sherpa Executive Leadership Summit Program Graduate from Sherpa Executive Coaching, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certification from Texas Woman's University.
