Eric England has over two decades of extensive experience in wireless communications and technical support, currently serving as a Blackberry Enterprise Administrator at Ntelicor, L. P. since March 2013. Responsibilities include monitoring BES servers, providing expert administration for wireless services, and managing BlackBerry infrastructure. Previous roles include Messaging Services Engineer at Phacil, Inc. and EES, where Eric led the expansion of BlackBerry user accounts and delivered high-level technical support to over 1,000 users. Additionally, Eric has experience as a Telecommunications Specialist at Saitech, as well as a Telecommunications Cost and Billing Analyst at Express Personnel, where duties involved analyzing and supporting a wide array of telecommunication accounts for the Department of Defense. Eric’s career commenced at L-3 Communications as an Acquisition/Data Analyst, contributing to contract data management and compliance.
