Angela Jacobs

Angela Jacobs is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in trust and safety operations, currently serving as the Director of Trust & Safety at Instacart since August 2017, where previous roles included Trust & Safety Compliance Director and Risk Operations Lead. Prior to Instacart, Angela held various positions at TaskRabbit, including Trust & Safety Senior Manager, and gained initial experience as a Dance Instructor at the Jewish Community Center San Francisco, along with several roles in operations and human resources across multiple organizations. Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of San Francisco and a Master of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University.
