Pramod Adiddam

Pramod Adiddam is a highly experienced technology leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Engineering at Instacart, overseeing the consumer experiences engineering pillar and managing teams in catalog, search, shopping, ordering, membership, enterprise, partnerships, and new initiatives. Previously held dual Senior Director roles at Instacart focusing on search and shopping engineering, leading teams in areas such as search ranking, machine learning, personalization, and inventory intelligence. Pramod has a substantial background in software engineering with notable positions at Google as a Senior Staff Software Engineer, as well as previous roles at Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, and Oracle. Pramod holds a B.Tech (Hons.) in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, and an M.S. in Computer Science from Stony Brook University.
