Donal Byrne

Donal Byrne has a diverse range of work experience. Donal recently joined InstaDeep Ltd as a Research Engineer in November 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Xperi Corporation as a Core ML Engineer ll from November 2019 to October 2021. Donal also has experience at Jaguar Land Rover, where they were a Software Developer specializing in machine learning and autonomous driving from August 2018 to November 2019. Before that, they worked as an Android Developer at Glofox for eight months in 2017. Donal also worked as a freelance Software Developer from 2014 to 2017. Donal started their professional journey as a Web/App Design Intern at Zappy Media in 2013. Additionally, Donal has experience in game development during their time as a student in 2013.

Donal Byrne obtained their Nano Degree in Deep Reinforcement Learning from Udacity in 2019. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science from Griffith College Dublin, graduating in 2018. Their earlier education includes completing their Leaving Certificate at Blackrock College between 1999 and 2013. Additionally, Donal Byrne has also completed a course in Intro to Game Development with a focus on Game Development at Pulse College.
