Katherine Sennott

Katherine Sennott is an experienced educator and researcher specializing in math and science education. At United Schools Network since July 2017, Katherine serves as a Math and Science Teacher, Grade Level Chair, and 6th Grade Math Teacher at CCA-Dana. In addition to teaching, Katherine has been an online tutor for InstaEDU since October 2014, providing support in subjects such as biology, chemistry, physics, and Spanish, while also producing educational video content. Previous research roles include a position at Boston University's Ling Lab, where Katherine aided in MATLAB programming for visual cortex studies, and an internship at Albert Einstein College of Medicine analyzing DNA data. Further research experience includes a position at Instituto de Salud Carlos III focusing on cell biology, and early roles in teaching at YMCA Camp Greenkill and in autism resource evaluation at Boston Medical Center. Katherine holds a degree from Boston University, completed in 2016.
