Fabian Schudy

Fabian Schudy has work experience in various companies and roles. In 2016, they worked as a Praktikant at Ferrero for two months. In 2018, they briefly worked as a Mitarbeiter Externe Unternehmenskommunikation at SCOOTERRA for one month. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as an Online-Tutor at Social Media Akademie. Currently, since August 2021, they are working as a Talent Success Manager at Instaffo. In this role, they focus on target-oriented communication with top talents in the Tech, Marketing, and Sales fields. Fabian also takes care of talent management in cross-functional squads and provides consulting for successful use of the job platform.

Fabian Schudy completed their Master of Arts degree in Linguistics: Cognition and Communication from The Philipp University of Marburg from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Language and Communication from the same university. In terms of additional certifications, Fabian obtained a certification in Gamification from Coursera in January 2021, a certification in Grundlagen des Onlinemarketings from Google in January 2019, and the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test N4 certification from The Japan Foundation in August 2014.
