Hanna Büßecker began their work experience in 2017 as a Junior Referentin Personalentwicklung at RPR Unternehmensgruppe, where they worked until 2019. Hanna then worked as a Personalreferentin Personalmarketing und -entwicklung at the same company from May 2019 to October 2019. In 2018, they worked as a Blogger at vadira. In 2019, they had a short-term role as a Werkstudentin Recruiting at SiebenWunder GmbH. From 2020 to 2021, they worked as a Werkstudentin Bewerbermanagement at Matchtrex GmbH. In 2021, they started working as a Werkstudentin at Constaff GmbH until May 2022. Currently, they are working as a Talent Success Managerin at Instaffo, where they focus on targeting top talents in the Tech, Marketing & Sales fields, providing guidance for successful utilization of their job platform, and managing talent in cross-functional squads.

Hanna Büßecker completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at the University of Koblenz and Landau from 2013 to 2016. Following this, they pursued their Master of Science degree in Psychology at Heidelberg University from 2019 to 2022.
