Natalia Amaya Salazar has over 8 years of professional experience in business development, marketing, human resources, and project management. In 2011, they began their career at Airbus as a Human Resources Business Partner, where they managed the "Expert Career Path" project and provided advice and support to executive engineers. That same year, they also worked as a Marketing Project Manager for the Postgraduate Office at Universidad de Los Andes. In 2012, Natalia joined Rocket Internet GmbH as a Business Development Analyst at Linio.com, where they developed an e-commerce business model in Colombia, Peru, Mexico, and Venezuela. Additionally, they were the Managing Director of Colombia Startup & Investor Summit, a platform that aims to inspire, educate, and connect entrepreneurs, investors, and companies in Colombia. In 2013, Natalia became the CEO and Founder & Business Development Director of InstaFit, the leading digital training platform in LatAm. In 2019, they founded Avocado Wellness Marketing, an InstaFit Company that focuses on creating wellness experiences through digital content, digital campaigns, and live events.

Natalia Amaya Salazar completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from Universidad de Los Andes in 2011, majoring in Business Administration. During their studies, they also completed a Master 2 in International Business from TBS Education in 2010.
