Martin Buttgereit

Martin Buttgereit has held a variety of roles since 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Trainee at EAC and a Projektkoordinator at AHK Mercosur. From 2013 to 2016, they worked at Martin'scox as a Policy Admin/Change Analyst, where they were responsible for analyzing and issuing insurance policies for SMEs, advising customers and brokers regarding insurance products, and training and supervising junior colleagues. From 2016 to 2018, they were a Product Manager at Papersoft - Document Management Systems, where they led a cross-functional team of 5 FTEs and was responsible for creating timelines and roadmaps for developing the product. From 2018 to 2019, they were a Product Owner Mobile at Basecone, where they led a cross-functional team of 6 FTEs and was responsible for maximizing product value by driving the product roadmap. Since 2019, they have been a Senior Product Manager at InstaFreight GmbH, where they lead two cross-functional teams of 10 FTEs and is responsible for executing impactful product launches and monitoring KPIs.

Martin Buttgereit studied at the Universidade de Coimbra as part of an Erasmus program, and then went on to earn a Master's degree in Political Science (minor in Marketing & Business Administration) from the Otto-Friedrich-Universität Bamberg. Martin also holds a Product Owner certification from the Scrum Alliance.
