Kirshan Vaswani

Kirshan Vaswani is a seasoned professional with over 12 years of experience in the banking and financial services sector. Kirshan began their career in 2008 as a Branch Manager at Bank Alfalah Limited, where they were responsible for the overall management of the branch, including deposit mobilization, asset deployment, trade activities, audit and controls, and cross-sale of various bank products. In this role, they managed a book size of over USD 75 million in deposits. Kirshan was then promoted to Area Manager in the same company, where they were primarily responsible for deposit mobilization, asset deployment, and cross-sell of various banking products. Kirshan was also responsible for branch expansion, HR development, and improvement in compliance and control fiber of the network. In 2018, Kirshan Vaswani joined Dynamic World Wide Logistics Group as the Group Chief Operating Officer. In 2020, they joined InstaKin as the Chief Operating Officer and Head of Operations. In this role, they are introducing a new way to send money back home to help families, making it cashless, secure, instant, and fully digitized, while building credit worthiness in the US.

Kirshan Vaswani completed their MBA in Banking from the Institute of Business Administration between 1997 and 2000.
