In 2015, they transitioned to Installation Made Easy, Inc., where they worked as a Controller before being promoted to VP of Finance & HR and then SVP of Finance, Human Resources & Compliance. Tara currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Installation Made Easy, Inc. Additionally, they have experience in the real estate industry, having worked as a Real Estate Agent at Georgia Elite Realty and First United Realty, Inc.

Tara (Lester) Lockridge obtained a BBA degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University - Michael J. Coles College of Business, where they studied from 2004 to 2008. Following this, they pursued a MaCC degree in Accounting from Kennesaw State University, which they completed in 2009. In 2010, Tara became a Certified Public Accountant through the Georgia Board of Accountancy. Later, in 2015, they obtained the Certified Management Accountant certification from the Institute of Management Accountants.
