Jennifer Day

Jennifer Day has over 35 years of work experience in various roles related to compensation analysis, compliance, payroll management, and statistical assistance. Jennifer started their career as a Statistical Assistant at James Investment Research, Inc in 1983. Jennifer then worked at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company, where they held positions such as Treasury Analyst, Payroll Supervisor, and ultimately Payroll Manager from 1987 to 2000. Jennifer's most recent work experience is with Installed Building Products, where they have served as Payroll Manager, Director of Payroll, and currently as the Director of Compensation Analysis and Compliance since 2015.

Jennifer Day earned a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Wright State University, where they studied from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they participated in a program called Women in Leadership, but the specific years and any degree or field of study associated with that program are unknown.
