Robyn Caples

Robyn Caples has extensive experience in workers' compensation and claims management, currently serving as Manager of Workers' Compensation at Installed Building Products since November 2025. Previously, Robyn held roles such as Director of Loss Control & Client Engagement and Workers’ Compensation Claims Supervisor at RAS, and Workers’ Compensation Analyst for the City of Columbus. Additional experience includes positions at State Auto Insurance as Product Director, Employment Services Manager at Absentia Solutions/State Auto, and Claims Compliance at Motorists Insurance Group. Earlier experience encompasses supervising workers’ compensation teams at Wilson Mutual Insurance Company and managing integrated disability claims for The Ohio State University. Robyn holds a B.A. in Criminology from The Ohio State University and has completed paralegal training at Capital University Law School and achieved the Certified Workers' Compensation Professional credential from Michigan State University.
