Sushma Arani

Sushma Arani has extensive experience in product management and finance. Sushma is currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Instamojo since November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Product Manager at Ola Electric from August 2022 to November 2022. Before that, they held various roles at Instamojo, including Senior Product Manager from September 2020 to August 2022 and Product Manager from May 2018 to September 2020. Sushma also worked as the lead Fintech Vertical at T-Hub Hyderabad, where they launched a scaling program for growth stage startups from May 2017 to April 2018. Sushma completed their studies at the Indian School of Business, where they were a student from April 2016 to April 2017. Sushma started their career at Nomura as an Associate, specializing in Credit Structuring, from June 2012 to April 2016. During their time at Nomura, they performed pricing and trade analysis for credit linked products and conducted scenario analysis on fixed income products.

Sushma Arani completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus in Finance and Strategy from the Indian School of Business in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, graduating in 2012. Sushma's secondary education took place at the Demonstration Multipurpose School, where they completed their 12th Standard studies in 2008. Sushma'sfoundational education began at the Atomic Energy Central School Mysore, where they completed their 10th Standard studies in 2006.
