Egi Shijaku

Egi Shijaku has a diverse work experience in the field of design and marketing. Egi is currently working as a Product Designer at Instana since September 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a UX/UI Designer at RapidMiner from May 2018 to August 2021. Egi also has experience as a Freelance UX Designer at egishijaku.com from July 2017 to April 2018. Egi played a significant role as the first UX Designer at Hitch. from October 2016 to July 2017, where they established design guidelines, wrote feature requirements, and conducted user testing. Egi started their career as a UX Design Intern at Qoorp from December 2015 to June 2016, where they developed a system for managing ownership status. Egi also worked as a Usability Tester at TimeEdit AB from November 2014 to January 2015. Egi gained marketing experience as a Marketing Promotion Coordinator at Samsung from December 2012 to November 2013, where they promoted Samsung's gadgets and managed a team. Egi also had an internship at Eagle Mobile Sh.a in July 2013, where they assisted in web development.

Egi Shijaku completed a Bachelor's Degree in Business Informatics at Epoka University from 2011 to 2014. Afterward, from 2014 to 2016, Egi pursued a Master's Degree in Human Computer Interaction at Uppsala University. In 2018, Egi participated in the Digital Product School by Unternehmer TUM, specializing in Interaction Design. Furthermore, in May 2019, Egi obtained a certification in Conducting Usability Testing from the Interaction Design Foundation (IDF).
