João Rainho

João Rainho has a diverse work experience in the field of site reliability engineering. João started their career at IBM in 2016, where they worked as an IT Specialist for 2nd Line GTS and BAS Support. In this role, they developed and implemented batch applications for customers and provided support for batch processing operations. João then transitioned to the role of Site Reliability Engineer for the Watson Developer Cloud, where they monitored platform performances and ensured resource availability.
