Elizabeth Pysanko

Elizabeth Pysanko has worked in the IT industry since 2016. In 2021, they began working as a Scrum Master for INSTANDA and Tech Amigos. Previously, they worked as a QA Engineer and Scrum Master for ParkNow Group from 2019-2021, a QA Engineer for Cogniance from 2018-2019, a QA Test Engineer for Softheme in 2018, and a Project Manager for StartIT - центр подготовки IT специалистов from 2016-2018. In their roles, they have facilitated Scrum ceremonies, removed impediments and blockers, gathered and analyzed output metrics, built transparency between development teams and stakeholders, coached team members, introduced Community of Practice and Agile maturity matrix, and ensured full-cycle education services.

Elizabeth Pysanko has a Bachelor's degree in Finance from the National Transport University. Elizabeth also holds certifications from ICAgile, Scrum Alliance, and Scrum Alliance. Elizabeth obtained their ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation certification in December 2022, their Advanced Certified ScrumMaster (A-CSM) certification in November 2022, and their Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification in March 2021.
