Zoe Froggatt

Zoe Froggatt has over 17 years of work experience in various roles. Zoe began their career in 2003 as a DBA at Pell and Bales. In 2006, they moved to Capita and took on the role of Service Delivery Team Lead. Zoe then joined Capita Education Services as a Domain Tester/Scrum Master. In 2014, they became Integration Test Lead at easyJet. Two years later, they were hired as Quality Assurance Manager at British Airways. In 2020, they became Head of Engineering and Quality Assurance Lead at INSTANDA.

Zoe Froggatt attended Wootton Upper School. Zoe has also obtained a certification from the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).
