Ian Railton

Ian Railton serves as Managing Director EMEA and ANZ at Instant Pot Brands since May 2024, previously holding the position of Managing Director for Europe at Char-Broil from September 2015 to May 2024. Prior to these roles, Railton founded Bridge 22 Consultancy and was General Manager for Northern Europe at Whirlpool EMEA, overseeing significant revenues and a sizable workforce. Railton has vast experience at Whirlpool UK from 1990 to 2013, where leadership roles included Managing Director and Marketing Director, achieving notable revenue growth and brand repositioning. Early career experience includes a Product Manager role at Rumbelows, where Railton successfully relaunched the business and improved sales performance. Railton holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing and Business Studies from the University of Staffordshire.
