Ashley Egan

Ashley Egan has worked at Bayer as an Engineer since October 2018. Prior to this, they worked at World Kitchen, LLC from June 2013 to present. At World Kitchen, LLC, they held the positions of Finishing Department Head and Engineering Production Supervisor. In their roles, they focused on analyzing production processes, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement in productivity and quality. Ashley also maintained standard operating procedures, oversaw safety programs, and tracked daily production.

Ashley Egan obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh. Ashley attended the university from 2011 to 2013.
