Maureen Parkinson

Maureen Parkinson has extensive experience in Human Resources, serving as the General Manager People and Culture at Instant Finance Limited since May 2010. Prior to that, Maureen worked at Vitaco Health Limited for over two decades, where Maureen held various HR roles including General Manager Human Resources. Maureen is skilled in policy review and compliance, engagement surveys, succession planning, performance management, team restructuring, and providing support and coaching to management staff. Maureen holds a Master of Management in Business from The University of Auckland.
