Diana Garcia Carvajal

Diana Garcia Carvajal has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Diana began their career in 2008 as a Child and Youth Program Assistant at MWR - Morale, Welfare, and Recreation DTA USA, where they worked until 2012. In 2013, Diana joined the Clarksville Montgomery County School System as a Teacher Assistant and worked there until 2016. Diana then returned to MWR as an Assistant Director from 2017 to 2019. Following that, Diana worked at MWR - Morale, Welfare, and Recreation DTA USA as an Assistant Director from 2019 to 2020. Since 2020, they have been employed at Instant Teams, where they have held multiple positions, including People Operations Coordinator, People Operations Generalist, People Operations Manager, and, currently, Director of People Operations. Diana's extensive background in various roles showcases their adaptability and expertise in people operations.

Diana Garcia Carvajal obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Park University in 2018. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language Learners Studies and Sociology at Ashford University from 2012 to 2014. Additionally, Diana earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Central Texas College in 2010 to 2011.
