Dr. Farbod Nosrat Nezami

Dr. Farbod Nosrat Nezami's work experience includes their role as the Managing Partner at CIKONI GmbH, an innovation-focused engineering company that develops groundbreaking technologies with composite materials and additive manufacturing. At CIKONI, they identify new technologies and potential affordances for businesses to advance their product design and manufacturing processes. Dr. Farbod also co-founded InstaWerk, where they serve as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and is responsible for the convenient online ordering system for CNC-machined parts. Additionally, Dr. Nezami has worked in research and development roles at Daimler AG, focusing on carbon fiber composites, and at BMW Group.

Dr. Farbod Nosrat Nezami began their education at the University of Stuttgart from 2006 to 2008, where they obtained a Vordiplom in Mechanical Engineering. Dr. Farbod then continued their studies at the Technische Universität Dresden, earning a Dipl.-Ing. in Mechanical Engineering from 2008 to 2012.
