Amanda Kuo

Amanda Kuo has a strong background in quality assurance and technical support. Amanda is currently working as a Sr. QA Engineer at Instawork starting from July 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Quality Assurance Analyst at Plenty of Fish from May 2017 to July 2022. Before that, they worked as a QA Analyst at PNI Digital Media Ltd from September 2012 to May 2017. Additionally, Amanda has experience as a Technical Support Associate at Doteasy Technology Inc. from April 2010 to September 2012, where they assisted in testing cloud hosting projects and provided general sales inquiries, customer service, and technical support.

Amanda Kuo has a Bachelor's degree in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, which they obtained in 2010. Prior to that, they completed a Diploma of Education in Computer System Technology at the same institute in 2007. Additionally, in 2015, they obtained a certification in International Software Testing Qualifications Board - Foundation Level from the Canadian Software Testing Board (CSTB).
