Grant Bain

Grant Bain has a range of experience in various sales and management roles. Grant is currently working as a Manager - Account Management at Instawork, a flexible work app that connects local businesses with hourly workers. Prior to that, they worked at Watershed Distillery from 2015 to 2022, starting as a Sales Manager and eventually becoming the General Sales Manager. At Watershed Distillery, Grant led the sales team and was responsible for implementing sales strategies, developing distributor relationships, and achieving growth targets. Grant also served as a Market Development Manager, where they launched new markets for the distillery and engaged with distributors to create excitement for the brand. Before joining Watershed Distillery, Grant worked as the Director of Sales at the Holiday Inn Columbus Downtown Capitol Square from 2011 to 2013, where they led the sales team and developed new business. Grant also held a Sales Manager role at University Plaza Hotel from 2008 to 2011, where they maintained relationships with Ohio State University departments and actively engaged with networking groups. Grant's earliest work experience was as a Sales Manager at Columbus Hospitality from 2006 to 2008, where they prospected new clients and developed profitable relationships through marketing campaigns.

Grant Bain attended Columbus State Community College from 2002 to 2005, where they earned an Associates of Sciences degree in Travel/Tourism/Hotel Management. Following this, they enrolled in The Ohio State University from 2005 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelors of Science degree in Hospitality Management.
