Gurneet Sagger has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Gurneet is currently working as the Head of Revenue Enablement at Instawork, starting from November 2021. Prior to this, they founded and served as the Lead Consultant at Performance Incubator, where they provided organizations with performance-based solutions to enable scalability.

From 2017 to 2019, Gurneet worked at LaSalle Network, first as the Director of Training & Development and later as the Senior Director of Organizational Development & Training. Before joining LaSalle Network, Gurneet held the position of Senior Sales Director at marcus evans Group from 2009 to 2017. Gurneet was responsible for sales performance, talent development, and recruitment for the North American Conferences business. Gurneet also managed day-to-day sales operations and achieved business objectives through out-bound prospecting and contract negotiation.

Prior to that, they worked at Marcus Evans Inc, first as a Senior Sales Manager from 2007 to 2009, where they oversaw sales performance, talent development, and recruitment for 5 sales teams in the North American Banking and Insurance sectors. Gurneet also achieved recognition as the Top Sales Executive in North America in 2007 and the highest performing Senior Sales Manager from 2007 to 2009.

Gurneet began their career at Marcus Evans Inc as a Sales Manager in 2004, where they executed strategic repositioning and guided business territorial expansion in the banking, finance, and insurance industry. Gurneet also served as an Assistant Sales Manager, leading 2 sales teams and spearheading the management process of the sales cycle.

Gurneet Sagger completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Midway University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they earned an Associates degree in Computer Information Systems from the same university, studying from 1999 to 2001.

In terms of certifications, Gurneet obtained "Fostering Inclusion and Diversity" from the Yale School of Management in November 2020. In June 2018, they obtained the "HPTI Certified Practitioner - High Potential Trait Indicator" certification from Thomas International. Earlier, in September 2011, Gurneet obtained the "PPA Certified Practitioner - Personal Profile Analysis" certification, also from Thomas International.
