Rashmi Jain

Rashmi Jain has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2013, they started as an intern at Pepsi Bottling Ventures. In 2014, they worked as a Store Manager and later as an Area Operations Manager at airtel. Rashmi then served as a Project Intern at 3M, working on a Sales and Distribution project. In 2016, they became the Operations Manager at Ritika Private Limited (RITU KUMAR). From 2017 onwards, they founded their own startup called Old Trunk, where they served as the Founder, focusing on styling and improving the online shopping experience. Rashmi also worked as a Talent Acquisition Manager at Ravacons LLC during this time. Rashmi joined Uber in 2018, initially working as a Sr. Consultant Rider Ops & Partnership. Rashmi later took on roles as a Communications Specialist for India South Asia and a P&E Program Specialist. From 2021 to 2022, they served as a Sr. Program Specialist, responsible for program management and process optimization. Currently, Rashmi is the Lead Operations Manager at Instawork, where they started in 2022.

Rashmi Jain's education history begins with their completion of a CBSE degree at Timpany Secondary School. Rashmi then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Finance and Marketing at Andhra University from 2010 to 2013. Following that, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing from Jain University between 2013 and 2015. Later, in 2016 and 2017, Rashmi attended INIFD Bangalore, where they obtained a diploma in Fashion and Apparel Designing.

In addition to their formal education, Rashmi has also obtained several certifications. These include "Business Analyst and Project Manager Collaboration," "Creating a Culture of Strategy Execution," "Leadership Foundations," "Project Management Foundations," "Project Management Foundations: Communication," "Project Management Foundations: Quality," "Project Management Foundations: Risk," "Strategic Thinking," "Transitioning from Waterfall to Agile Project Management," "Learning Design Sprints," "Design Thinking: Understanding the Process (2016)," and "Learning Personal Branding." The majority of these certifications were obtained in 2020, with a few in 2019.
