Tracy Cini, SPHR

Tracy Cini, SPHR, is an experienced professional in the field of human resources. Tracy currently holds the position of Director of Human Resources Operations at Insteel Industries, Inc, starting in November 2020. Prior to this, Tracy worked at Avid Solutions, where they served as the VP of Human Resources from December 2018 to February 2020, and as the Director of Human Resources from October 2005 to December 2018. Tracy also has experience as the President of WS SHRM, a successful SHRM affiliate chapter, where they led the board of officers and directors, implemented a new strategic planning process, and identified and executed goals for the chapter in 2014. In their earlier career, Tracy worked as a Human Resources Manager at Chesapeake Corporation from October 1998 to February 2002 and as a Human Resources Specialist at Mellon Bank from May 1995 to October 1997.

Tracy Cini, SPHR, completed their education at Penn State University from 1988 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Labor and Industrial Relations with a focus on Employee Relations and HR. In 2013, they obtained the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI.
