Ken Barnwell

Ken Barnwell has a diverse range of work experience in the field of Human Resources. Ken most recently served as the Director of Human Resources - Operations at ITG Brands since January 2020. Prior to that, they worked for Commonwealth Brands as a Factory Manager from August 2015 to December 2019, where they led the organization through a successful transition to Lean Manufacturing. Ken also served in various positions at Commonwealth/Altadis, including Acting Factory Manager/Regional HR Manager. Ken Barnwell's previous roles include Human Resources Director - Americas at Commonwealth Brands, Inc., Director of Human Capital at HRD Strategies, and Senior VP of Human Resources at GoldToeMoretz. Ken began their career as the Director of Human Resources at Halstead Industries.

Ken Barnwell attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 1977 to 1981, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Political Science.
