Davin Hall

Davin Hall is the Vice President of Legal and General Counsel at Instem, where they provide legal guidance to the organization. Previously, Davin served as Director and Senior Legal Counsel at Waters Corporation, leading legal affairs across multiple business functions. Prior to that, they held the position of General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BK Medical, managing a wide range of legal matters. Davin's career began as a Senior Associate at Dechert LLP, followed by a role as Senior Counsel at the New York City Law Department, focusing on corporate restructuring and municipal finance. Davin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University and a Juris Doctor from The College of William and Mary.
