Dom Lennard

Dom Lennard has extensive work experience in talent acquisition and recruitment. From 2020 to the present, they have worked at Instem as the Global Talent Acquisition Director and previously as the Global Talent Acquisition Manager. Prior to that, Dom worked at Barclays as a Direct Recruiter for Technology & Operations from 2019 to 2020. From 2011 to 2018, they were a Senior IT Security Recruitment Consultant at Evolution Recruitment. Dom's earlier experience includes working as a Sports Coach at Total Sports Coaching from 2010 to 2011.

Dom Lennard attended Sir John Deanes College from 2005 to 2007, where they studied PE, Psychology, History, and Human Biology. Dom then went on to Leeds Beckett University from 2007 to 2010, where they pursued a BSc in Sports Coaching (Hons).
