Martin Osgathorpe is an experienced software development professional with a diverse background spanning over two decades in various roles. Currently serving as a Lead Software Developer and Team Lead at Instem since December 2019, Martin has previously held positions at Kindertons Accident Management as a Software Developer, and at TyresOnTheDrive.com, Parker Software, and Optima Warehouse Solutions Ltd., all in software engineering capacities. Martin's career began as a Test Engineer at Rotadata Ltd. and Ericsson, where skills in automated testing were developed. Martin holds an HND in Electronic Product Design from Derby University and gained foundational education at The Ecclesbourne School.
