Ryan Carrigan

Ryan Carrigan is an experienced Information Technology Engineer, currently working at Instem since November 2022 following its acquisition of d-wise where Ryan served in the same capacity from March 2020 to November 2022. Prior to joining d-wise, Ryan held the position of Consultant II at Avid Solutions from May 2018 to March 2020. Ryan's extensive background includes a lengthy tenure at Winnebago County from 2000 to 2018, where roles included Manager of IT Integration, Network Administrator, Court and Case Administrator, and PC Specialist. Ryan’s responsibilities encompassed maintaining network infrastructure for the county and external agencies and managing significant projects such as the replacement of the court system. Ryan obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville after graduating from Janesville Parker High School.
