Bhavesh Navandar

Bhavesh Navandar has a Master's degree in Mathematics and a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science. They have worked in various roles, starting as an Intern at upGrad.com and National Chemical Laboratory, gaining experience in content strategy and learning about RBM and DBN. They then moved on to Oracle as an Application Engineer, focusing on data migration, before transitioning to Auquan as a Software Engineer, where they helped build the Portfolio Intelligence Engine. Currently, Bhavesh is a Senior Backend Engineer at Instill, working on building a culture OS. Their expertise lies in designing and developing robust backend systems and data pipelines, using a tech stack that includes Python, MongoDB, React, Neo4J, MSSQL, Node, and AWS.
