Dan Kasper

Dan Kasper is currently the Head of Partnerships at Instill. Prior to this, they were the CEO of Wishlist from January 2017 to June 2022. During their time at Wishlist, they were responsible for amplifying company performance through igniting the power of people. Prior to that, Dan was the Trust and Safety Lead: North America and Asia Pacific at Airbnb from January 2015 to December 2016. During their time at Airbnb, they were responsible for designing the customer support partner strategy for the most sensitive, safety related user issues, initiating and executing global partner expansion for Trust and Safety in Americas and APAC, building, scaling, and optimizing global resources to successfully meet a 300% program growth rate, managing 100+ partner agents effectively processing 85% of high-risk, customer facing contacts, orchestrating 11 large-impact, user facing processes from concept to launch, responsible for crafting program OKRs and developing appropriate metrics to define success, and monitoring and collating data to provide actionable insight to improve user friction points. Prior to that, Dan was a Fellow at The Honor Foundation from January 2015 to December 2015.

Dan Kasper has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business and an Associate of Arts (A.A.) in French Language from the Defense Language Institute Foreign Language Center.
