Mika Fang is currently the HR & Admin Director at Instinct, previously holding positions as Operation Director and Senior HR Manager at monbento. Prior to that, Mika was a HRBP & C&B at Glamour Sales 魅力惠 -Alibaba Group 阿里巴巴 and a HR SPECIALIST at Shanghai Dazhong Technology Co.,ltd. Mika began their career as an Intern at the Bureau of Shanghai World Expo Coordination and holds a Bachelor's degree in English from the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.
