Courtnie McKone

Courtnie McKone has worked in various roles since 2014. Courtnie started at Brief Media as a Project Manager and also held an Internship as a Jr. Front-End Developer. In 2018, they moved to Instinct Science, where they held the role of Director of Product Quality and Lead Project Manager. In their Lead Project Manager role, they assisted with leading all software project management and quality assurance, facilitated customer implementation/support, assisted with marketing/sales efforts, produced support materials, assisted with hospital on-boarding and training, data setup, directed go-live dates, and various other projects.

Courtnie McKone attended the University of Arkansas from 2015 to 2017, where they earned a Master of Education (M.Ed.) in Educational Technology. Prior to that, they attended Oklahoma State University from 2011 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Management Information Systems, General.
