Anna Younger

Anna Younger has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Anna is currently serving as the Group Head of Innovation and Creativity at Instinctif Partners, where they oversee the innovation portfolio and creative culture across international offices. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Innovation (Partner) at Instinctif Partners, leading a multi-disciplinary team and focusing on digital excellence and creative campaigns. Anna also has experience at Infinite Global, where they founded and led the Digital and Creative Services team. Anna has worked on brand development, web builds, and social media campaigns, as well as integrated communications campaigns. Anna has a background in marketing and events, having interned at Fever-Tree and worked as an Associate at DCK Concessions. Additionally, they have experience as a Dance Teacher at Norwich School of Dance and as an Assistant Manager at Joy.

Anna Younger attended the University of York from 2007 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree with a 2:1 in English Literature and Philosophy. In addition to their formal education, they have obtained additional certifications in Mergers and Acquisitions from Emeritus in February 2023, and in the Future of Business: An Intercompany course for Changemakers from Ashoka in June 2022, where they received a certificate of Distinction.
