Genny Rowson

Genny Rowson has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Genny currently holds the position of Head of People & Culture at Instinctif Partners since June 2021. Prior to that, they served as the HR Director at Dazed Media from June 2019 to June 2021. Genny also worked as a People & Talent Partner at Heatherwick Studio from October 2017 to December 2018. Before that, they held various roles within Entertainment One UK, including Human Resources Business Partner, HR Manager, HR Executive, and Director's PA and HR Coordinator, between 2009 and 2017. Genny began their career at DDA PR as an Office Manager/HR Administrator/PR Assistant from May 2005 to December 2008.

Genny Rowson completed their high school education at King John School. Genny then pursued a Higher National Diploma in Graphic Design at Newham Community College. Later on, Genny obtained a National Diploma in Fine Art from SEECAT. Furthermore, they expanded their knowledge and skills in HRM by earning a CIPD Level 7 Advanced Certificate in HRM from MOL.
