Joya El Raidy

Joya El Raidy currently serves as a Project Manager at Instinctif Partners, where responsibilities include supporting the Content & Creative team with annual reports, Board of Directors reports, and microsite projects while ensuring project deadlines and deliverables are met. Prior to this role, Joya worked as a Project Sales Executive at Kohler Co. Joya holds a Master of Arts in International Relations and Politics, expected to be completed in December 2023, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from the American University in Dubai. Joya also has a strong background in music education, having completed music theory and practical piano performance courses through the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music.
