Anastasiya Kaltyhina

Anastasiya Kaltyhina has a diverse work experience in different roles related to business development, consulting, and solutions. Starting in 2015, they worked as an Economist/Business Analyst at Development Bank, where they conducted analysis of investment projects and market research. Anastasiya then joined Oxagile in 2017 as a Solutions Advisor, where they were involved in client negotiations, project requirements definition, and pre-sales analysis. In 2019, they became a Business Development Manager at RocketData.io, focusing on expanding business opportunities. From 2020 to 2021, they served as the Head of Business Development at Magedia. Anastasiya then joined Mobecls in 2021, first as the Head of New Business Development and later as the Head of Consulting & Solutions. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Business Optimization at *instinctools starting in 2022.

Anastasiya Kaltyhina holds a Bachelor's degree in Banking and Financial Support Services from the University of Warsaw, which they completed from 2011 to 2015. Anastasiya pursued a Master's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the Faculty of Economic Sciences at the University of Warsaw, which they completed in 2017. Additionally, Anastasiya completed an Academy of Postgraduate Education in Modern Foreign Languages - English (Professional Communication) from the University of Warsaw from 2013 to 2015. Anastasiya has also obtained certifications including Commerce: Sales Accreditation (P) from Adobe and RISE with SAP S/4HANA Cloud: Presales Consultants from SAP.
