Elena Ivanchanka

Elena Ivanchanka is the Human Resource Director at Instinctools. Elena has over fifteen years of experience in Human Resources, and has been with Instinctools since January 2020.

Elena has a proven track record in designing and implementing IT recruitment processes, conducting training programs, driving employee engagement and performance, and managing organizational restructurings. Elena was also responsible for launching the corporate social network at their previous company.

Prior to joining Instinctools, Elena was the Human Resources Director at LLC “Lifetech” (Turkcell Group) for eight years, where they oversaw a staff of 3. Before that, they were the HR Manager at SITEK GROUP-INTENTA LLC-Sitek Engineering for two years.

Elena Ivanchanka's educational career began with a high school diploma in psychology from Moscow State Social University. Elena then pursued finance for non-financial managers at IPM Business School and received a certificate in business administration and management. Elena later received a certificate in trainers' training from Zhivoe Delo in Kiev, Ukraine. Finally, they completed a course in coaching: the indispensable leadership skill at Stanford University.
