Doctor of law from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne, holder of a canonical baccalaureate in theology from the ICP, Alexandre Scaggion began his career as a teacher-researcher in law and international relations at the University of Évry-Val d 'Essonne before becoming parliamentary attaché to the President of the French delegation to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe. In 2011, he became Chief of Staff to the Rector of the ICP. Having evolved in an international context, trained in comparative law, graduated from the IHEDN, his fields of expertise cover issues of geopolitics, international security, and social doctrine of the Church.
