Lucie Pesenti is a PhD student at Institut Cochin since September 2021, focusing on the role of PCNA in regulating neutrophil activation and metabolism. Previously, Lucie conducted research at Inserm on the role of PCNA in neutrophil activation and survival from February to August 2021. Lucie's research experience also includes participation in the Research & Development team at iGEM IONIS from January 2020 to January 2021, an internship at Acticor Biotech in pharmaceutical development and project management from August to December 2019, and an internship in research and development at Laboratoire Interdisciplinaire de Physique (LiPhy) in June to August 2018, where Lucie worked on constructing E. coli strains for growth control using optogenetics. Lucie holds an engineering degree in Biotechnology from SupBiotech, completed in 2021.
