Hapsatou Sy

Hapsatou Sy is a multifaceted professional currently serving as the Ambassadrice du PAVART for the Republique du Senegal since July 2023, focusing on the implementation of the national territorial development plan. Sy is also the Presidente of Greentech for Africa, a pioneer in plant biotechnology for cosmetic and pharmaceutical applications, and the founder of MITH AFRICA and MITH world, which aim to bridge connections between France, the Emirates, and Africa through project support and fundraising. Additionally, Sy founded Hapsatousy Beautypreneur, a digital brand focused on direct sales in beauty and lifestyle products, and Atypic House, specializing in real estate development in West Africa, particularly Senegal. As a Conseillère Royale for the United Arab Emirates, Sy advises businesses and investors, while also contributing as a member of the Grand Prix Sociétal at the Institut de France and leading Atypic Africa Group, dedicated to job creation and environmental sustainability. Sy's educational background includes studies at the Conservatoire National des Arts et Métiers.
